strong!) book of business. You enjoy working closely with buyers
and sellers to providing an excellent escrow experience. Ready to

Location: Chula Vista, CA You must be In-Person in the Chula Vista
area for this role Your Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm After
Hours: Networking Events or Meeting Candidates Foundation Escrow's

Contribution to Foundation Escrow: Coordinate - work with all
parties to collect required docs Escrow Account - hold funds until
all conditions are met Closing Documents - prep and oversee signing
Disburse Funds - at the appropriate time to the appopriate parties
Transfer of Ownership - record deed and other docs with gov't to

Foundation Escrow's Contribution to You: Salary: $84k-$120k/yr
