associates’ true potential. About The Role Every Lead Sales
Representative has the following responsibilities: Motivating a
team of sales representatives to hit and surpass sales targets.
Coaching, training, and developing team members to enhance their
sales skills and product knowledge. Monitoring team metrics,
analyzing sales data, and providing periodic reports to upper
management. Setting sales targets, developing strategies, and
implementing action plans to improve revenue growth. Conducting
performance reviews and providing feedback to team members. Staying
current on industry trends, competition, and AT&T's products
and services. Participating in recruitment and onboarding of new
sales team members. Maintaining a positive and productive team
environment.
