Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Agent - Dealer Parts
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer experience by promptly answering dealer inquiries
and ensuring high satisfaction
Build and maintain partnerships with external and internal
stakeholders to resolve part availability needs
Provide detailed documentation of correspondences and support
services to dealers to reduce Total Vehicle Downtime
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of customer service related work experience within an
office setting
Ability to work flexible schedules with rotating shifts between 7AM
and 6PM Central Time
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
