Job Description:

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Field high volume customer calls from automotive finance customers
• Update customer information (contact info, addresses, card information) etc.
• Intake information from customers for monthly payment and payoff of quotes, input of discount information etc.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service through the increase of customer satisfaction scores and quantitative objectives.
• Attendance - be on time, ONSITE at the Cypress, California location (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm) REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must provide proof of completed Associates Degree OR Bachelor's Degree. ***
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Bilingual a plus but not required.
  • Sense of urgency, bias for action
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, etc.PLEASE NOTE:
    • This position is 100% onsite at the Cypress, California location, it is not a remote position.
    • Completion of AA degree Required; 4 Year Degree Preferred.
    • This is an ongoing contract position with no set end date, there is a chance to convert to FTE role.
