For over 50 years, FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific has remained uniquely flexible and focused on media while becoming a strategic global leader in media products and services. - FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, Inc. is a subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation reporting to FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation. -We are hiring a Master Data Analyst I in this role you will ensure that recipes, process, and procedures are reviewed and processed assuring quality of products and compliance in accordance with GMP and ISO13485. Monitors technical elements of manufacturing documents. All processes and procedures which impact manufacturing or are regulated by GMPs. all formulations and routers required to support operations, all technical input for in-process formulations and all essential business data management. - -

Responsibilities:Ensure requirements for MSS and GMP are completed and facilitate task movement by collaborating with other departments based on procedures, such as requesting pricing to be entered for new raw materials from Procurement.Coordinate system inputs for processing routers and formulations. Assign part numbers for raw materials and finished goods.Initiate, update, edit, and approve document change Requests.Facilitate the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) process for finished goods.Support supply chain team with setting up of routers, bill of materials (BOM's), and data analysis.Maintain team-shared log sheet with part number assignments for both raw materials and finished goods.Contribute to meetings and provide data driven input to process improvement ideas and work status update to relevant work or projects.Review formulation history records, and finish product specifications for trends, and initiate appropriate process modifications.Ability to communicate across cross-functional teams among various business functions.Act as the primary contact for Sales and Marketing on new custom formulations.Support new product development and transfer between R and manufacturing.Maintain and revise department SOPs and DTIs where applicable.Participate in process improvement and system projects based on supply chain team priorities.Support and generate business data reports for planning, spend, and analytical data that are related to raw materials and finished goods.Any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.Experience/ Education:Prefer B.S. or B.A. in areas of Math, Chemistry, Business, or Engineering 3 to 5 Preferred knowledge of GMPs, USP, and ISO 9001/EN13485.Preferred knowledge of ERP system. SAP experience is a plus.Excellent command in use of computer and technology.Preferred knowledge of liquid media formulation, aseptic dispensing, and clean room practices.Conversion between Unit of MeasuresExperience in writing/revising Standard Operating Procedures is a plus.Excellent Excel and Power Point software skills.Ensure attention to details is maintained at all times.Proficiency to process email or verbal requests and carry out necessary tasks in ERP.Proficiency to generate data driven reports that shows analytical results based on requirementsAbility to work independently and within a teamFUJIFILM Irvine Scientific is an equal opportunity employer.
