Job Description Production Lead at established international manufacturing company $21/hr. 1-2 hours over time Medical, Dental, Vision (covered 100% for family) Annual Bonus Requirements of the Production Lead: Leadership experience(1 year) in manufacturing company Cleanroom environment experience is a big plus, but not required Bilingual in English and Spanish High school degree or equivalent Strong communication and leadership skills An awakened of health and safety issues Basic computer skills Knowledge of HACCP, SQF systems are a big plus Responsibilities of the Production Lead: General Description: Production Lead is responsible for day- to-day manufacturing operations. Make sure that the production lines are running smoothly and meeting production targets Principal tasks: (Not limited to:) Manage and develop employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained Review, analyze and make recommendations regarding safety, environmental performance, quality, expenses, and productivity Planning and organizing shift schedules and tasks Reporting plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians Generate production reports Conducting Internal self-audits (monthly) Conducting monthly training seminars (GMPs, SSOPs, SOPs.)
