can build and grow brands that last. KEY PURPOSE: The role of the
Digital Asset and Production Specialist will have the primary
responsibility to facilitate all operational tasks to support the
creation, organization, trafficking, and utilization of digital
assets inclusive of graphics, copy, photography and video. He/she
will coordinate all aspects of making sure the right assets are
created to the correct specifications and properly distributed on
time. They will liaise with outside studio agencies to manage and
set studio productions based on yearly shoot calendar aligning with
budget and the business needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute
work efficiently and in priority on time as directed by the Sr.
Marketing Manager Responsible for acquiring, cataloguing, managing,
and protecting the departments digital assets. Organize assets on
marketing server and local drives Organize brand documents within
the common server Keep up with the DAM platform with respect to
organizing assets by season, uploading, removing, adding metadata,
and maintaining a clear thoughtful taxonomy of assets for the
business. Manage weekly DAM email communication to the business
Onboard and train new hires use of the DAM system Coordinate
outside vendors in uploading assets into DAM system Partner with
Creative Director in tracking monthly asset retouching document
Serve as a conduit between cross functional teams to help lead in
the creation of shot lists for seasonal PDP photography shoots
Serve as a conduit between cross functional teams to help lead in
the creation of shot list for seasonal lifestyle photography shoots
Assist in briefing in photoshoots with the Production team while
steering milestones such as budget, model casting, shot list
delivery, and final image delivery Create detailed documents to
catalog asset organization Coordinate the creation and updates of
digital SOP operational documents including but not limited to,
Photography style guide, PDP Shoot, DAM instructional guide Help
with the monitoring of the access and use of digital assets,
ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and copyrights. Help
oversee departments seasonal sample management Coordinate all
aspects of seasonal e commerce kits for distribution including but
not limited to: photo shoots & shot lists, alternative images, size
charts and other digital sales assets. Accountable to the Marketing
team, internet sales, Speedo USA and B2B sales teams, communicating
the status of assets. Regular assessment of studio operations to
identify areas of improvement / efficiencies in day-to-day workflow
in partnership with outside studios Develop in depth understanding
of account e com specifications and relationships with key account
contacts to ensure Speedo digital assets are implemented to drive
sales and build consistent brand representation across accounts
Proficient at creating digital assets to precise specifications and
making approved, minor graphic updates to artworks to drive
efficiencies when needed Be marketing operationally minded, looking
for opportunities to improve through process or tools Take
direction from Sr. Manager to effectively drive projects to
completion Assist on set at e commerce photoshoots and partner with
art director to oversee process and ensure all assets are being
captured accurately Work with retouching vendors and creative team
on retouching e commerce and lifestyle imagery Partner with Sr.
Manager on managing the photoshoot calendar, planning shoots,
dates, and budgets around business needs and milestones
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 4 years of experience within a
retail-based company preferably in the sporting good business
Experience in photo studio production process - with a keen eye for
Creative, Styling, Photography & Retouching practices -- Experience
in content management systems, and project management tools
Excellent knowledge of MS office Well-developed knowledge in Adobe
Creative Suites Must be extremely detail oriented Highly Organized
Effective collaboration with cross functional teams Thrive in a
fast paced, team first, high energy environment -- Work well with
customers and colleagues, some of whom are not tech-savvy, both as
a teammate and as a leader. -- Clearly explain usage conditions and
access procedures for the company---s digital assets. -- Patiently
and empathetically enforce compliance with the related guidelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills Well-developed organizational,
written and verbal communication abilities Enthusiastic, positive
energy and able to work well under pressure Bachelor---s Degree
preferred
