A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Regional Representative
2W.
Key Responsibilities
Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits
and appeals
Assist with training staff and identifying payer and system issues
for process improvements
Participate in meetings with payer representatives to enhance
reimbursement and reduce denials
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 1 tasks
Experience with healthcare liens, settlement requests, and workers'
compensation reimbursement
Knowledge of credit balance review and refund policies
Ability to handle advanced level workqueues and correspondence
Experience in training and educating staff for accuracy
