A company is looking for a Mechanical BIM Specialist
(Prefab).
Key Responsibilities
Perform highly detailed mechanical modeling for prefabrication
workflows
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams on complex construction
projects
Ensure compliance with project-specific Level of Development (LOD)
requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Advanced level of Revit with a focus on mechanical modeling
Advanced student or graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with complex projects such as hospitals or institutional
buildings
Proficiency in working with LOD 400-450 models
Upper Intermediate level of English for technical conversations
