The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely with
managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's
hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals
and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a
variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain
quality talent. Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a
database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new
positions open. Continuously partner with recruiting team and
senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative
recruiting strategies. Stay active with job boards, social
networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and
release job descriptions and announcements

--- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social
media and job boards.
--- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute
innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
--- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage
candidates throughout interview process from prepping before
interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
--- Update and maintains the tracking of the Employee Referral
--- Participate in industry events and career fairs.
--- May Initiate various background checks and verify professional
--- Update records in Applicant Tracking System.
--- May help coordinate and schedule pre-employment testing at
occupational health clinic.
--- May support the activities of new employee orientation.
--- Maintain human resource information system records and compiles
reports as needed.
--- Prepare, organize, and file confidential HR/payroll
--- Assist with various HR projects as required.
--- Other duties as assigned.
-Bachelors' degree in human resources management (or related field)
-7+ years of related experience
-PHR certification or equivalent is preferred
-MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point; must have experience with
-Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry
-Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence
-Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or
employees of the organization
-Intermediate to advanced math skills
--- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making
--- Familiarity with job boards, HR software and databases.
--- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e.
phone, video, etc.).
--- General knowledge of current employment laws and practices.
--- Personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in
handling confidential information.
--- Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities. Be
organized, work well independently, a quick learner and have a
positive, can do attitude.
