This role is primarily On-Site, with flexibility at hiring manager

Technology: WHO WE ARE What You Will Do: You will support multiple
programs and will work with other experienced members in R&D on
system development and deployments for the protection of our
country You will generate briefings and present material to team
members, customers, and AST management as necessary. Travel up to
25% Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience Ability to obtain
and maintain a Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) U.S. government issued
security clearance is required with the ability to obtain a
polygraph after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance Typically requires a
minimum of 10 years of practical experience in systems architecture
and systems engineering Experience working with customers, end
users, hardware design teams, and software design teams Experience
with reverse engineering of embedded systems Experience with signal
processing in developing proof-of-concept (PoC) use case scenarios
and prototypes Experience developing system level designs, high
level control and data interfaces Strong written and verbal
communication skills and the ability to work independently yet
collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications We Prefer:
Master of Science (MS) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics,
or Physics. Experience with RF, optical, and/or electrical
telecommunications standards and processing techniques Experience
with Design, Development, Integration and Test of Open Systems
Architectures Experience in developing proof-of-concept (PoC) use
case scenarios in support of creation of novel waveforms Experience
formalizing, developing and documenting requirements, plans, and
procedures based on customer discussions, briefings, interactions,
and statements of work Understanding of telecommunications systems
concepts and signal processing fundamentals Existing Top-Secret SCI

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as
they are essential to the development of our products. AST As part

salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an
