Job Description:
Job Description Summary The purpose of this position is to
provide professional administrative support to the Sr.
Instructional Technologist. Assisting with digital communications,
video production, website and social media militance and presence,
event planning and execution, clerical tasks, survey creation and
distribution. Minimum Qualifications Must be a current University
of La Verne student With Federal Work Study eligibility for the
2025-2026 academic year. Experience in a professional,
customer-focused environment. Experience with video editing,
videography, and/or photography, and/or graphic/web design,
especially within the context of social media. Someone interested
in all aspects of communications with an aptitude for video editing
and production. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Apps, and
similar cloud-based platforms. Should be comfortable using and
learning a range of software and hardware tools. Must possess
strong relational and organizational skills. Must be able to manage
own assignments and work independently with limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Adobe CC or Final Cut,
metadata tagging, and/or database management. Ability to work
within Windows and Mac OS environments.
