Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Content Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop online education content for revenue cycle
personnel, adhering to industry and regulatory standards
Meet production goals for content development and conduct remote
webinars for training purposes
Review existing content and provide recommendations based on
changes in regulations and healthcare practices
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
3+ years of relevant experience in a patient access department with
knowledge of patient financial services
Willingness to sit for CHAA and/or CRCR exam within 6-12 months of
employment
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions and best
practices
Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred
