Sales Executive is a key sales role that directly interfaces with
small,
medium, and large assigned accounts. - -Key areas of focus are
within
Automotive and Transportation Industry overlapping High-Tech and
Mobility
Industries. - -Key area of focus will be Electric
Vehicles. - -The Sales Executive is responsible for growing the
business within the account(s) to meet/exceed financial and
business
objectives. -Responsible for generating revenue through Strategic
Named
Accounts and/or key vertical markets using a strategic approach. -
-Understands
and sells solutions for high level business problems with general
assistance,
incorporating all PLM product lines. - -Establishes and
maintains
customer relationship independently at the line management level,
and with
coaching/support at the senior management and executive levels.
-RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible
for generating revenue through existing customers and new
business/account
pursuits. - -Understands and sells solutions for high level
business
problems independently incorporating all SPLMS product
lines. - -Establishes and maintains customer relationships at the
line management
level and senior management/executive levels.Responsible
for generating revenue through existing customers, new logos,
and
start-ups. - -Understands and sells solutions for high level
business
problems independently incorporating all SPLMS product
lines. - -Establishes and maintains customer relationships at the
line
management level and senior management/executive levels.DRIVE
BUSINESS RESULTSMeets/exceeds
annual sales targets (revenue, bookings, billings, etc.), maximizes
individual
sales opportunities. Able to create effective proposals that link
our solution
to the customer business. - -Able to leverage our pricing,
packaging
and business models to maximize returns and unique business
value. - -Effectively negotiates customer agreements.DEVELOP
ACCOUNTSDevelops
important and effective relationships within accounts including key
Executives,
translates customer challenges and opportunities into unique
business value,
ensures the Siemens PLM team delivers business value to the
Account(s), builds
effective account business plans and executes upon the plan,
builds, maintains
and grows opportunity pipeline within Account(s), uses sound call
planning to
drive business results and makes continuous improvement in moving
Siemens PLM
from vendor to trusted advisor.EXECUTES
STRONG BUSINESS PRACTICESProvides
timely, accurate and detailed forecasts, effectively leverages
chosen sales
processes, tools and methodologies, provides effective internal
information as
requested, and constructs internal/external presentations in an
effective and
professional manner.LEADS
EXTENDED SALES TEAMCoordinates,
influences and orchestrates all of the appropriate resources for
Account and/or
Opportunity development, able to build and influence a global/
virtual team
(sales, support and consulting), develops strong working relations
across
various industry sales teams and functions (finance, operations,
division,
etc.).CONTRIBUES
TO THE BROADER SIEMENS PLM TEAMMakes
contributions to Siemens PLM outside of Account(s)/territory; for
example, participates
on core team, brings new ideas into business and develops sales
tools or new
approaches.Minimum Requirements:1-5
recent years of recent sales-related experience, specifically with
enterprise
software solutionsMust
currently reside in the continental USA, and be set-up to work
remotely.
Strongly prefer California and West Coast as current location.
25-50%
travel will be requiredStrength
with the Microsoft Suite: Outlook email, PPT, Excel, etc.NOTE:
Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored

USA.Preferred Requirements:1-5
years of direct field sales experience (of enterprise
software)PLM
experience with Siemens Digital Industry Software or competitor
related
softwareExperience
within the Automotive industry strongly preferredEngineering
or Business Degree or engineering related experience
preferredPrefer
person currently located on the West CoastStrong
simulation knowledge and experiencehe Total Cash Compensation range
for this position is $156,300 to $312,600 with
30% (+/-10%) of this being comprised of an annual incentive
target.Siemens
