Job Description:
Job Overview Under the general direction of the Associate Dean,
the incumbent coordinates and implements student-facing initiatives
that support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention,
graduation, career readiness, and community partnership efforts
within the College of Humanities, Arts, Behavioral and Social
Sciences (CHABSS). The incumbent serves as a primary point of
contact for student and faculty questions related to general
student services, facilitates student support and referral
processes, coordinates college-level student success initiatives,
supports outreach and onboarding efforts, and assists in
strengthening experiential learning and employer partnerships
aligned with the CHABSS strategic plan. Position Summary Student
Lifecycle Specialist (Student Services Professional II) This is a
full-time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status
following the successful completion of a probationary period. For a

page. Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule Anticipated Hiring Salary
Range: $5,083 - $5,337 per month CSU Classification Salary Range:
$5,083 - $7,228 per month Salary is commensurate with the
background and experience of the individual selected. This position
is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical,
dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement
(CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 15
paid holidays are offered each year; 14 scheduled on specific days
and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.
