CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES IN CYPRESS - $20.20HR - MUST HAVE COMPLETED ASSOCIATE DEGREE OR BACHELOR DEGREEImmediately hiring for customer focused individuals for this Fortune 500 company in Cypress! This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers to resolve concerns, inquiries or payment issues via inbound or outbound calls. To be eligible you for consideration, you must have obtained either a Bachelor Degree OR Associate Degree. • Schedule: Must have availability for the following
  • Mon- Friday 8am-5pm
  • Mon -Friday 11am-8pm (on occasion, max 1-2 times per week)
  • Saturday 8am-12pm (on occasion, max 1-2 times per month, counts for Overtime)Job Description: (Must Be Open to Either Role)Customer Accounts Department
    • Make outbound calls and negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have past due accounts
    • Assist customers with finance account inquiriesCustomer Service Department
      • Handle inbound calls from customers, dealers, other lenders, and insurance companies
      • Assist customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution ALL ROLES WILL BE 80% OVER THE PHONE AND 20% ACCOUNT SERVICING Skills & Qualifications:
        • Must Have either a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree (will need to have verification of education)
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
