manner.Minimum Eligibility Requirements:Previous experience in a
receptionist or customer service rolePrevious experience in a
senior living environment preferred.Advanced computer skill
proficiency including Word, Excel, and OutlookPrevious supervisory
experience, preferred.Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and
speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families,
visitors, other team members and vendors.Ability to represent the
community in a positive and professional manner.--Possess strong
interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalMust
have a high motivation, attention to detail, accuracy, and strong
organizational skills.Possess excellent time management skills with
ability to work independently as well as collectively on assigned
tasks and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
effectively.Ability to maintain confidential information, including
but not limited to community financial information, personnel
documents, resident health and financial information and company
trade secrets.Must have compassion, a strong commitment to customer
service and a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy
working with seniors.Must meet all health-related requirements
pertaining to state regulatory agencies.Must maintain current
CPR/First Aid credentialsMust maintain current Food Handlers

Reception ---Answers the telephone promptly, and addresses caller
questions in a courteous and professional manner.Takes accurate and
thorough telephone messages or directs callers to the appropriate
voicemail box as requested.Greets and interacts with residents,
family members, guests, and team members in a friendly, positive,
and helpful manner, and as necessary directs them to the
appropriate individual and/or location.Responds to resident's
emergency calls and alerts appropriate staff members in a timely
manner.MarketingCreates a positive first impression of the
community by maintaining a neat and tidy reception area and
presenting oneself in a professional manner in terms of conduct and
appearance, at all times.Responds to inquiry calls from prospective
residents in a timely and professional manner.Conducts community
marketing tours.Uses marketing software to assist with data entry.
AdministrativeAssists with projects and reports to support
department directors as needed, and at the direction of the
Business Office ManagerResponsible for locking the community at the
determined hour in the evening. Lead Concierge 2020-05Assists
Business Office Manager with processing missed time clock punches
in payroll system.Assists with new team member entry and
maintenance of team member training requirements using on-line
continuing education software.Creates documents, flyers, notices,
reports, and spreadsheets.Participates in Concierge team member
hiring process, trains, and mentors Concierge team
members.AccountingAssists Business Office Manager with monthly
resident billing.Assists Business Office Manager with Accounts
Receivable collectionsResponsible for weekly reconciliation of
petty cash boxOtherAttends all required team member meetings and
in-service training sessions.Upholds Residents' Rights as defined
by state regulations and by Company policy, at all times.Supports
and upholds all other Company policies, and the service
philosophy.Reliable and Predictable AttendanceOther duties as
assigned.Our Company follows the California Department of Public
Heath (CDPH) and the State Public Health Officer an order issued on
September 28, 2021, pursuant to the Health and Safety Code sections
120125, 120140, 120175, and 131080 which requires all employees
working in Adult and Senior Care Facilities (ASC) facilities
licensed by California Department of be fully vaccinated for
COVID-19, unless they are exempt for medical and religious reasons,
