Job Description:

Leading Orange County based lifestyle brand is currently looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team! This role is hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
*Only local candidates will be considered
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Communicate daily with assigned customers / accounts and sales reps via phone and email
Manage orders for assigned customers / accounts from initial order placement through to fulfillment
Assist accounts with a variety of questions including placing orders and order status
Process cancelations, returns and credits
Run and produce reports as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, timelines, delays, etc
2+ years Customer Service experience required working with accounts and sales reps
Superior customer service and listening skills
Ability to multi-task, problem solve and stay organized
Passion for the lifestyle industry
Experience with SAP preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
