You may also escalate calls to higher tiers/other departments when required. If you have a knack for making people feel well-served and cared for no matter what the issue, this is the right path for you!Responsibilities:You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You will process transactions: withdrawals, transfers, stop payments, loan payments, new accounts and service requests.
