seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to
join our team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a
licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to
children, implement treatment plans, document progress, and support
families. Key responsibilities include delivering individual and
group therapy, preparing materials, assisting with administrative
tasks, and collaborating with the clinical team. Ideal candidates

status quo. About What You’ll Work On Assist in the delivery of
speech and language therapy services as outlined by the supervising
SLP, including individual and group therapy sessions. Record and
track client progress, documenting observations and treatment
outcomes accurately. Prepare and organize therapy materials and
activities, ensuring they are ready for use during sessions.
Communicate with families regarding therapy activities, progress,
and ways to support their child's development at home. Assist with
scheduling, maintaining client records, and other administrative
duties as needed. Work closely with the supervising SLP and other
team members to ensure cohesive and effective treatment plans.
Qualifications : Possess a qualifying associate’s or bachelor’s
degree in speech-language pathology, communication disorders, or a
related field Hold ASHA Certification as a Speech-Language
Pathology Assistant (C-SLPA) Current state licensure or
certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Have a
minimum of six (6) months of experience working as a
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with children or educational
setting) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to
work collaboratively, and proficiency in using therapy tools and
technology. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping

Hourly, Part-time Pay Range: $28 - $45 per hour depending on years
