Summary We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational
Therapist (OT) to join our clinical team on a part-time, on-site
basis. The successful candidate will assess, plan, and implement
therapeutic interventions that help patients develop, recover, and
maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Key
Responsibilities Evaluate patients physical, cognitive, and
functional abilities Develop and implement individualized,
goal-oriented treatment plans Provide direct occupational therapy
services in accordance with best practices Train patients in
activities of daily living (ADLs) and adaptive techniques Recommend
and fit adaptive equipment and assistive devices Document
evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care
teams Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home
programs Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and
regulatory standards Qualifications Masters or Doctoral degree in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Active
California medical license as an Occupational Therapist National
Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
certification required Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
preferred (new graduates considered) Strong clinical reasoning,
communication, and organizational skills Ability to work
independently in an on-site healthcare setting Compensation &
Benefits Compensation: $60/hour Continuing education support
