Job Description Job Description Please note relocation is required for this role to: Odessa, TX Pharmacist - NICU/Clinical Position Details: Full-Time Position Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) Job Summary: NICU/Clinical Pharmacist role in a healthcare facility environment Requires comprehensive clinical review of all NICU medication orders to ensure safety and efficacy Responsible for core clinical pharmacist responsibilities such as antimicrobial stewardship, renal dose adjustments, and anticoagulation monitoring Conducts drug utilization review studies Consults with medical practitioners on medication orders, patient reactions, and errors Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by the Director of Pharmacy Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree in pharmacy is required, a Doctor of Pharmacy is preferred Must have current pharmacist licensure with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy Hospital experience preferred but not required Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and advancement Supportive work environment with a collaborative team Comprehensive healthcare coverage Retirement savings plan Paid time off and flexible scheduling options Odessa Regional Medical Center was founded in 1975 as Odessa Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
