Position Details: Full-Time Position Monday - Friday (9:00am -
5:30pm) Job Summary: NICU/Clinical Pharmacist role in a healthcare
facility environment Requires comprehensive clinical review of all
NICU medication orders to ensure safety and efficacy Responsible
for core clinical pharmacist responsibilities such as antimicrobial
stewardship, renal dose adjustments, and anticoagulation monitoring
Conducts drug utilization review studies Consults with medical
practitioners on medication orders, patient reactions, and errors
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by the Director
of Pharmacy Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree in
pharmacy is required, a Doctor of Pharmacy is preferred Must have
current pharmacist licensure with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
Hospital experience preferred but not required Interpersonal skills
to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other
