Job Description:
We are seeking experienced RN Nursing Supervisors for
Irondequoit and Webster locations to oversee nursing services for
residents. Responsibilities include performing management and
clinical assessments, evaluating resident conditions, reporting
concerns, completing incident reports, and participating in staff
appraisals and training. The role may involve interviewing and
hiring nursing staff. Qualifications include a valid NYS RN
license, an associate's degree (bachelor's preferred), and at least
10 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
Weekend shifts (12-hour) are available, with competitive pay
starting at $36.90-$47.05/hr, plus benefits such as tuition
reimbursement, health/dental/vision coverage, and a 403(b) plan.
