  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and legislation (Occupational Health & Safety & Environment).
  • Implementing BASF's occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Continuously improving the Occupational Health & Safety & Environmental Management System and Safety Culture.
  • Assessing occupational health and safety risks, taking preventive measures, and making updates.
  • Organizing and conducting occupational health and safety training and raising awareness among staff.
  • Investigating and reporting accidents, injuries, and illnesses at work.
  • Conducting workplace inspections and reports.
  • Continuously monitoring and improving occupational health and safety performance.
