About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and experienced
Compliance Manager to lead a group of Compliance Specialists and
serve as the subject matter expert for an assigned portfolio of
affordable housing communities. This role supports both
property-level compliance and team coaching, ensuring consistent
application of program requirements across the board. Our ideal

downtown LA, Santa Clarita - site visits are required. What You'll
Do: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of 4 Compliance
Specialists. Perform second-level reviews of files for LIHTC, PBV,
HOME, and other program types as needed. Partner with property
managers to troubleshoot challenging compliance cases. Oversee
property compliance with state, federal, and local agency
requirements. Ensure all program files and documentation are
accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements. Assist with all
affordable housing submissions and attend compliance training
sessions. Foster collaboration and provide excellent customer
service to residents and team members. Monitor EIV Compliance.
Assist with HUD Rent Increase paperwork, including UA Baselines.
Help train new hires and roll out policy or regulatory updates What
We're Looking For: Must live in geographic area of assigned
portfolio - This is not a remote position. Ability to travel to
sites up to 75% of the time as needed 5 years of experience in
LIHTC, BOND and Local programs including file review and approval
Hands-on experience with Yardi . 5 years of direct experience in
affordable housing compliance, including file review and approval
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to
regulatory detail. A passion for compliance, a collaborative
