Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Non-Bank Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals and operational excellence
Recruit, interview, and train talent while managing employee performance
Promote an effective sales environment through training, coaching, and marketing material creation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of relevant experience
Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services and current market trends
Knowledge of sales strategies and leadership skills
