Responsibilities:
Accountable for driving the execution and delivery of moderately complex programs from start to finish
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the program's vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level requirements
Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with project stakeholders
Develops a holistic program plan comprised of multiple workstreams
Creates governance practices and protocols to control and monitor the program
Provides management oversight, aligns and leads cross-functional project teams to ensure critical day-to-day program/project deliverables progress forward to deliver specified requirements, objectives, and value
Identifies gaps in the project team's accountability and ownership of deliverables
Vendor and Team Management
Oversees and aligns with 3rd party vendors to ensure deliverables are completed promptly
Evaluates and harmonize vendor's timelines/schedules and cross-project dependencies to ensure alignment with overall program objectives

Basic Qualifications:
Over 5+ years of strong Project Management experience
Experience managing networking and infrastructure deployment projects
Experience with network uplift
Installing Switches and working with cabling and switches teams
Part of OS upgrade projects, Switch upgrade projects, technical uplift
Experience managing vendors who are doing physical replacement of switches/access point replacement

Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeople-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.

Salary: USD 60/Hr
