embedded in an organization driving transformation for our software as a
service customers, partners and colleagues.As a Senior
Product Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software, you will join a
Customer Experience team of product managers, UX researchers and designers, and
developers dedicated to building the best, friction-free digital buyer's
journey experiences for our SaaS customers. In the website product manager
role, you'll be responsible for crafting strong, positive relationships with
collaborators across marketing, sales, product segments, customer support and
success, to understand the business needs and define the vision of the website
experience. You will
partner with business analysts, UX researchers and designers, and developers to
prioritize design and development plans. You will be the primary advocate for
the website and celebrate each achievement hit on the roadmap - both the
successes and failures.This is the
ideal role for you if you have outstanding product management skills combined
with experience delivering a successful revenue-generating website for a
continuously growing software company. Responsibilities:


  • Be the primary contact with collaborators, starting by
    understanding business problems, revenue targets and needed outcomes and
    advocating for the customer
  • Define and champion a compelling product vision both
    the collaborators and the UX and development teams can rally behind
  • Capture and document business requirements
  • Develop the product roadmap that advises a prioritized
    design and development plan
  • Set targets for success and constantly review
    analytics, the competitive landscape and evolving customer needs
  • Prioritize product features and categorize into key
    delivery milestones and releases
  • Communicate - the good and the bad - with stakeholders
    at all points of the product lifecycle - from requirements collection to
    confirmation to UAT to release and iterations
  • Plan future features, releases and iterations, based
    on qualitative and quantitative data
    A
    Senior Product Manager for websites has experience with:

    • Delivering a revenue-generating website
    • Defining successful e-commerce and marketing KPIs
    • Experience and/or knowledge of mobile and web
      technologies
    • Ability to discover who the target customers are and
      what they need
    • Writing product requirements documents (PRDs)
    • Software users and the buyer's journey and customer
      lifecycle taken by software customers
    • SaaS products
    • Being on a team with UX researchers, designers and
      technical developers
    • Collecting business requirements and developing
      visions, roadmaps and collaborator maps
    • Human-centered design (certified through Luma
      Institute, a plus)
    • Motivating change inside organizations and/or with
      customers
    • Establishing relationships with collaborators at every
      organizational level, for example C-suite, VPs, directors, managers,
      individual contributors, co-ops and interns
      Minimum
      Requirements:

      • 7+ years as a product manager and/or equivalent role
      • 3+ years in web design and/or development in
        marketing, eCommerce and/or customer support/success
      • Managed at least one digital product for entire
        product lifecycle - from requirements and vision, through roadmap and at
        least MVP launch
      • Delivered a revenue-generating website
      • Expert in at least one project management framework
        that you know inside and out and would be ready to start implementing week
        1 (example: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
      • Advanced experience with at least one of the major
        product management software systems (example: JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.)
        Preferred
        Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

        • Storyteller and sociable
        • Speaks design language with designers, development
          language with developers and business language with collaborators
        • Natural leader of a team that makes consistent
          progress
        • High emotional intelligence
        • Ability to influence, especially with senior-level
          collaborators
        • Highly organized with sophisticated projects and
          comfortable following a process - sets the example for the team norms and
          desired behaviors
        • Business savvy and knows how to think of digital
          experiences as a revenue driver and loyalty driver
        • Able to travel on average 1 week per quarter
