LT Foods Americas (LTFA) is part of LT Foods Limited, an emerging global food company, with Net Sales in excess of $800 million globally, operating across a range of categories including specialty rice, organic foods and convenience rice based products. The Company is engaged in milling, processing and marketing of branded and non-branded basmati rice, and manufacturing of rice food products in India & international market. LT Foods has a global presence including India, Middle East, United Kingdom, Europe and United States. Its operations include contract farming, procurement, storage, processing, packaging and distribution. Its rice product portfolio comprises brown, white, steamed, parboiled, organic, quick cooking brown rice, and ready-to-heat rice. The Companys brands include DAAWAT -, ROYAL -; 817 ELEPHANT -, INDUS VALLEY -, ECOLIFE - & GRAPEOLA -.Role Summary:Reporting into the SVP, Sales & Marketing, the Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for LT Foods Americas rice, flour and food brands in the U.S., Canada, & Mexico and oversees Brands such as Royal -, Daawat -, 817 Elephant -, Indus Valley -, ecoLife - and Grapeola -. This is a critical role for LT Foods Americas as this individual will be developing and deploying the strategy for our Brands, the growth engine within North America. This will be done by defining how the various Brand's Mission/Vision come to life for more consumers, creating capabilities to support this and guide the development of a leading-edge food marketing team of three direct reports. The Director of Marketing will need to work with their team as well as their cross-functional team members to translate the mission into 3-year strategies, annual operating plans, and create processes to support the North American Retail business delivery. The role is responsible for establishing and delivering the financial and share targets for the base business including NSV, Gross Margin, RSV share, and EBITDA. This individual must have excellent management skills as they will be managing a team and building that team over time. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced business leader for the role Director of Marketing who can help deliver against our financial objectives whilst building a world class marketing competency in our team. This position is based out of Cypress, California at our North American headquarters so visibility to senior leadership will be plentiful. Key Responsibilities (or Principle Accountabilities):

  • Develop & lead strategy for Brand portfolio across all major channels inclusive of long range planning and annual operating plan
  • Drive execution of brand marketing initiatives ensuring a singular brand message across all consumer touch-points including paid media, product, packaging, social, etc.
  • Deliver innovation and renovation plans that reflect the current & future growth potential of rice, flour & oil portfolio, working with cross-functional counterparts to launch
  • Manage, motivate, teach and develop a team of Associate Managers and Managers creating natural succession planning in Marketing Function
  • Partner with other leaders across the company to develop our forward looking company strategy and building a culture of cohesion and accountability
  • Ensure that we plan, measure, assess and drive performance marketing culture that places heavy emphasis on KPIs and delivery of ROI
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in consumer-packaged goods
    • Managerial experience including the ability to coach and engage multiple direct reports
    • Excellent project management experience with demonstrated financial acumen inclusive of P&L management in prior experience
    • Exceptional writing & verbal skills with the ability to communicate with business, creative and technical audiences in particular the ability to take complex ideas and articulate them clearly and simply.
    • Proven ability to influence without authority given the cross functional nature of the work.
    • Creative thinker with strong experience leading strategic initiatives with the ability to draw out the best in others
    • Ability to travel up to 10% to support sales initiatives as appropriate.
