This unified experience will result in a single website, single mobile app, and single sign-in process for our customers - -greatly simplifying how they manage, save, and pay for the cost of care. -As we bring these businesses and underlying platforms together, we must focus equally on serving our consumers today and building for the future. As such, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the management of tools utilized by our contact centers to service HBA consumers with a focus on making it easier for our team members to take care of the consumer. -This role will develop, define, and execute the consolidation and enhancement of multiple tools including but not limited to Salesforce ACET, OMNI, and AWD. -We are excited about our future and ongoing work to improve client, consumer, provider, and employee experiences that make it simple, easy, and affordable for consumers to meet their health care and financial needs. -You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for leading the effort to ensure that call center team members have the tools and resources required to provide superior customer service -
  • Take a lead role with product peers and cross-organizational stakeholders, including limited interaction with executive leadership, on strategic priorities. Translate strategic priorities into actionable development plans
  • Ownership of product and business requirement documentation to drive product and feature development in alignment with call center leadership -
  • Develop and nurture relationships with an array of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ownership of moderately complex projects, business analysis, and quality improvement tasks across call center teams in various locations
  • Develop a roadmap and guide through the product lifecycle of strategy, Metrics alignment, definition/requirements, delivery/development, and go-to-market -
  • Lead partnership with product peers and technology delivery teams on the creation of requirements and ensure business vision is being accurately implemented and meets product requirements. Ensure solutions are delivered on time and on budget, including identifying and resolving risks and issuesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree
    • 4+ years of experience in a product management role
    • 4+ years of experience working with virtual teams
    • Experience working in a call center environment
    • Experience working with scrum teams in an Agile framework
    • Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals

      • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
      • 2+ years of healthcare industry experience
      • 1+ years of financial services experience including HSA/FSA products

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
