  • 3+ years of omnichannel sales experience (in-store and e-commerce)
  • Experience with big-box retailers: Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot
  • Experience with e-commerce retailers (Wayfair) preferredNewAir is growing and we're looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic national accounts of both big-box retailers and e-commerce marketplaces like Lowe's, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, etc.), as well as winning new accounts and growing their assigned territory. As our ideal Candidate, you will bring a solid 3 to 5 years' experience in the field and a proven track record of improving sales and reaching Company targets. You lead by example and inspire others to be their best.Day-to-Day as Sales Account Manager --- Manage all the large retailers' accounts and provide excellent customer service. --- Manage the inventory and merchandising. --- Proactively seek out new business opportunities with existing customers. --- Inform and consult regularly with the internal stakeholders. --- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for assigned accounts --- Coordinate all departments to implement sales strategies. --- Analyze marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies. --- Leverage sales data with the Company's sales programs to achieve territory growth and reach projected goals.
    • Work closely with marketing and product development to maintain a solid knowledge of trends and assortments
    • Conduct product training for representatives.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content and update it on the eCommerce platforms.
    • Travel to trade shows and retailer meetings (15-30% of the time).What You Bring as Sales Account Manager --- 3-5 years of successful sales or account management experience with big-box retailers, preferably in the Consumer Products, Furniture or Appliances industries. --- Experience with Lowe's accounts is required. --- Experience maintaining eCommerce accounts. --- Experience using data analysis, data reporting, and sales forecasting to inform business decisions --- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- Good time management and organizational skills --- Professional experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookup, etc.) --- BA/BS or equivalentAbout NewAirNewAir Appliances is a privately-owned manufacturer and distributor of compact home appliances.
