OverviewSiemens is
looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead Product
Management, Marketing and Business Development for the market-leading solutions
of Teamcenter and Polarion. This Senior Director position reports to the
Lifecycle Collaboration Software Senior Vice President. At Siemens, everyone

responsibility for Product Management and Product Marketing functions in the
Lifecycle Collaboration Software (LCS) business segment, including Teamcenter
and Polarion software.Form and Lead the team. Develop
a team of senior product leaders. Invest in team development and talent
acquisitionCustomer. Cultivate relationships with customers
across multiple industries and geographies. Support joint executive forums as
well as assist sales in developing future pipeline / revenue opportunitiesVision and Strategy. Develop
and maintain a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap. Define and deliver
concrete "wins" with each release. Demonstrate thought leadership and
communicate our product direction to customers, analysts, and mediaCompetition & Market Analysis. Stay on top of competitive market dynamics and apply insights to LCS strategy
and executionDevelop & Maintain Strategic Plan. Lead the strategic planning process for LCS applying Agile methods to define
the plan of record. Work closely with development teams to deliver the plan,
making appropriate trade-offs based on evolving market needsM&A,
Partners. Develop and implement M&A opportunities based on LCS business and
strategy goals. Identify and support technology partners including contract
negotiationAlign with Internal Stakeholders. Collaborate with Strategy, Industries, Sales, Services, Technology Office,
Marketing, and other product segments to solicit feedback, balance meaningful
priorities and deliver compelling solutions to the marketCreate Market Leading Products. Create products with fast performance and compelling user experience, based on
a modern cloud architecture that incorporates the latest technology and
innovationsPricing and Packaging. Lead LCS
portfolio including Price Book, pricing and licensing strategy and new product
introductions.Product Marketing, Go to Market. Articulate the unique value of the portfolio via product collateral, analyst
communications, user conferences, social media, and sales campaignsBusiness Results. Orchestrate
Quarterly Business Review with senior leadership to monitor revenue, key
business metrics and trends. Manage budget. Ensure investments, business plans
and sales models are aligned to achieve SaaS / ARR targets and support
customers as they transform to the Cloud.Skills and

background in both business and technical rolesAble

and Experience RequirementMinimum
10+ years of enterprise software and technology experienceAt
least 5 years in a leading portfolio or product management roleTrack
record of bringing new products to market, delivered through on-prem and SaaS
business modelsBachelor's
in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical fields required. Graduate
level a plusExperience
working in discrete manufacturing industry desiredWorking
