maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using tools like
MS Project or Primavera, ensuring alignment with project objectives
and deadlines. Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project
managers, and cross-functional departments to define project scope,
deliverables, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress,
identify potential schedule delays or cost overruns, and
proactively recommend corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessment to identify
potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans for complex
engineering projects. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of
materials, components, and services, working closely with supply
chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability. Prepare
and present regular project status reports, schedule updates, and
performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure all
planning activities adhere to technical specifications, engineering
documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. Utilize ERP
systems for resource planning, inventory management, and tracking

for future planning efforts. Salary & Benefits This temp-to-perm
role offers a highly competitive hourly wage ranging from $32 - $55
per hour , which translates to an annual salary of approximately
$66,560 - $114,400, commensurate with experience and skills. This

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related
technical field. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in
project planning, scheduling, or production planning within an
engineering or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in project
planning software, specifically MS Project or Primavera P6.
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
for resource and materials planning. Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes, engineering documentation, and technical
specifications. Excellent organizational skills with a proven
ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and
schedule development. Effective communication skills, both written
and verbal, for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to perform the essential functions of this position, with
