Duties & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines. Salary & Benefits This temp-to-perm role offers a highly competitive hourly wage ranging from $32 - $55 per hour , which translates to an annual salary of approximately $66,560 - $114,400, commensurate with experience and skills. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related technical field. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in project planning, scheduling, or production planning within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in project planning software, specifically MS Project or Primavera P6. Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for resource and materials planning. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering documentation, and technical specifications.
