Supervisory Responsibilities: · None Job Responsibilities - Operate
bench and grinding tools to finish components according to
specifications. - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering
drawings, and work orders to determine bench operations. - Perform
precise grinding using various tools such as files, sanders, and
grinders to remove burrs, sharp edges, or excess material from
machined or fabricated parts. - Inspect parts to ensure they meet
quality standards and dimensional tolerances using measurement
tools like calipers and micrometers. - Maintain equipment and tools
to ensure optimal performance. - Adhere to safety procedures and
regulations while handling sharp tools and materials. - Document
work performed and maintain accurate records of production and
quality reports. - Identify and report any equipment malfunctions
or maintenance needs to the supervisor. Requirements: Job
Requirements - High school diploma or GED equivalent. - Minimum of
3 years of experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring
instruments. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
drawings - Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
standards. - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. -
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues. -
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including
overtime and weekends if required. - Physical ability to lift and
move heavy objects as needed. - Required: Compliant with the
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires
U.S. Person status (ITAR defines “U.S. Person” as a U.S. Citizen or
