**Job Family:** Marketing**Req ID:** 300571Weare seeking an exceptional B2B demand generation leader who will be accountablefor Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) pipeline opportunity generation goals for theDigital Manufacturing solution segment. In this role, you will be a criticalleader in the go-to-market team and is responsible for driving demand for allverticals and products, across all customer and prospect audiences. As a memberof the Product Marketing team, you will work with teams from the segment(Product Management, Business development, etc.), global marketing, and externalvendors to run campaigns on time and on budget.**Responsibilities**+ Inclose partnership with Global Sales, Global Marketing, generate and increasethe deal velocity of net-new ARR pipeline opportunities+ Workclosely with senior product marketing staff, product management, sales, andindustry specialists to design, implement and track digital marketing programsthat are aligned with business goals and engage customers and prospects mosteffectively+ Collaboratingwith product marketing, establish and execute the content strategy to engageour target audiences with the right message at the right time+ Planand execute all digital marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM, marketingdatabase, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in a closecollaboration with global marketing+ Measureand report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess againstgoals (ROI and KPIs)+ Identifytrends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights+ Supportlead nurturing process with efficient content. Instrument conversion points andoptimize user funnels+ Plan,execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests+ Collaboratewith internal teams to create supporting marketing content, such as landingpages and emails, while optimizing user experience+ Utilizestrong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience acrossmultiple channels and customer touch points+ Collaboratewith agencies and other vendor partners+ Evaluateemerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoptionwhere appropriate**Requirements**+ Bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering (Required)+ 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with proven working experience indigital marketing+ Provenexamples of creating and influencing opportunities in a B2B SaaS businessselling to enterprise-level as well as Small and Medium business (SMB) companies+ Demonstrableexperience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, socialmedia and/or display advertising campaigns+ Highlycreative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digitalcampaigns that engage, inform and motivate+ Experiencein optimizing landing pages and user funnels+ Experiencewith A/B and multivariate experiments+ Demonstrableworking knowledge of analytics tools, working knowledge of ad serving tools+ Upto date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurementAdditional/preferredqualifications:+ MSdegree in marketing, engineering, or a related field.+ Manufacturingexperience and understanding the basics of production systems and processes,including robotics, additive manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution Systems andCNC machining+ Understandingof industrial application of digital manufacturing solutions, such as CAD, CAM,and PLM software+ Experiencewith SaaS solutions, including launching and marketing SaaS productsAt Siemens we are always challengingourselves to build a better future.
