Responsibilities: Initiates financial analysis of supply base
forecasts and/or financial estimates at completion (EACs); employs
analytics, utilizes financial systems and provides understanding of
financial performance, quantifies cost risk and opportunities Leads
integration of variance analysis and performance reporting for
senior leadership; summarizes and presents findings to aid decision
making by Business and Finance leaders Provides subject matter
expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, identify root
causes and recommend solutions Works proactively with the business
to consider internal and external factors in the environment
Defines and communicates cost trends and project cost performance
for program management attention and action Understands priorities,
validates and clarifies business assumptions, and focuses on high
impact factors that drive performance Ensures compliance and
champions internal controls and procedures Accomplishes tasks
through formal channels and informal networks Understands and
shapes the cultures of organizations by utilizing cross functional
collaboration This position is hybrid. This means that the selected
candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of
the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s
discretion and could potentially change in the future. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Currently have a
Bachelor’s degree or higher 1 years of experience in a
business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance,
Contracts, Accounting, Supplier Management) Experience with the
Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot
tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree in
Accounting or Finance Experience creating executive level
presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong presentation
skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior
Leadership briefings Experience working in a challenging,
fast-paced, geo-diverse team environment Experience with
forecasting, resource planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC) or
cost management systems Experience utilizing Microsoft Office
Products for financial modeling and analysis Experience in leading
either formally or informally teams and/or projects Experience
using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950 Language Requirements: Not
